Exchange & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days since the product was received at the customer's address. If 10 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a purchase number.

Exchanges


If you are interested in exchanging the product with another product, please contact our customer service at contact@aurora-jewelry.com and indicate why you would like an exchange. Then, you will receive a shipping address to return the product to Aurora. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then, notify us by email which product(s) you would like to exchange with the product you returned and our customer service will charge you in accordance.

Refunds


If you received a damaged product (whether due to shipping problems or any other reason), please send us within 10 days a picture of the damaged product. After customer service confirms that the product is damaged, you will receive a confirmation email and be asked if you prefer a full refund or exchange. After the shipment or refund is made, you will receive an email.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@aurora-jewelry.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping


To return your product, contact us by email and you will receive a shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
